processing jpegs

Permanently deleted user
with new 7.0 when i shoot RAW -
i know how to process them to JPEGS -
but how do check the size of those JPEGS ?
how can i reduce the size of those JPEGS
so they are suitable for email purposes ?

    I just change the percentage (and Quality slider) in the process recipe to control the size of JPEG.
