Sony RX-100
Processing .ARW files through Capture One is not giving good results compared to CR2 and NEF. The conversions even are better in Photoshop RAW, which is not the case with other file types. The shadow areas are purpleish, especially noticeable in shots that have both well lit to shadow areas. Also the shots seem overall 'too colorful' for lack of a better term, and no, I am not using the Vivid setting. All shots I've taken are in Standard mode. I can run down saturation a bit and that helps with that issue, but the weak, purplish shadows are a real drag. Also no lens correction for that particular lens (10.4-37.1).
I am a retoucher so can deal with it, but shouldn't have to to that degree. Weird since the Photoshop conversions give a much more neutral look where wanted.

Please update to 7.2, then press File -> Regenerate Previews and wait for it to finish. Then restart CO.
This should ensure you see correctly updated thumbs.
Also try processing after updating to 7.20 -
Was using 7.2 at home, no change. 0 -

Although it shouldn't matter, you may actually need to create a new session (from 7.2) and import those .ARW files again.
Alternatively you could delete the .cop and .cof files from the CaptureOne->Cache folder in the Capture directory of your session. Provided you don't delete anything in the Settings70 directory, any adjustments you've made in Capture should remain intact.0 -

I can confirm the issue about purple shadows in Sony RX100 raw-files (in Capture One Pro 7.1.6 for Windows).
Did PhaseOne make changes to the RX100 ICC Profile in the 7.2 upgrade? If so, is it then possible for me to decide whether or not to apply these changes to my already existing variants?
It would be nice to know before upgrading.0
