Hello Forum

i have purchased Capture one Pro 7-8 to Capture One Pro 9, Price 99 Euro.
How can i activate my License on Windows Environement?
within my license management my product is not registred.

  You will need to use the licence key for the older version you never had.
  
  I would suggest, based on your post, that the best thing you can do is create a Support Case and see where that leads.

  If you never had an older version, then you shouldn't have purchased an upgrade but the full price version instead.
  
  You should ask Phase One either to refund you so you can purchase the correct version, or ask to pay the difference if it's possible.
