crop + rotation tools do not stay apply shooting tethered
Hello,
One of our iMacs started displaying this problem after our studio finished a job where freelancers used the equipment. I'm not certain whether a setting was changed and I am just not figuring out how to reset it, or whether there is now a glitch in the software and I should reinstall.
All the iMacs are running on OS 10.4.11, and we're using Capture 3.7.9. We're shooting tethered with Canon EOS1-DS II. This particular problem only happens on one particular iMac, and it only started doing this as I mentioned above. What happens is that if you rotate the image and use a crop to mask out the part you do not want to view, these do not stay applied when you take the next shot.
I have looked through all the preferences several times and cannot find a setting to click or change to make the crop and rotation stay applied. I did see another forum user posted a similar problem, but it looks like they were posting about crop and rotation in regards to processing.
If anyone has suggestions I would greatly appreciate them. Otherwise I am hoping that uninstalling and reinstalling the software will fix this.

Katie,
Delete the PLIST file with the software closed. This will reset any changes that those meddling freelancers may have messed with 😉
