Overlay feature not working

Hi,
I'm having an issue with the overlay feature. it's an Intermittent issue but I shoot a lot of product and need to match angles.

I'm on 8.3.3 and using a Nikon 810 tethered when this happens.

I'm on a Macbook PRO using OS 10.9.5.

any help is appreciated.

    Hi Jarrod.

    Two things.

    First - this is a user to user forum, so if you've got an urgent need for issue resolution I strongly recommend creating a support case with Phase One. They are pretty responsive.

    Second - All you've stated is that you've got an intermittent issue, but you haven't actually said what the issue is, what you're expected and what's actually happening. If you want help, you're going to need to be quite a bit more detailed than "it's not working".
