Import from EOS 400D

Can somebody tell me why C1 not import images from my eos 400D?

When I connect camera i don't see any images or any camera:(

    CO4 and 5 can import images from a disk or memory card in a card reader. Import directly from a camera connected to the computer - like Image Capture can - is not supported. So you either use a card reader or you use Image Capture.

    CO4 and 5 PRO can connect to the camera for controlling the shutter release, a.k.a. tethering.
