fuji x10 raf not showing, only thumbnail

I'm evaluating C1 pro 7.02 and I'm having a strange problem. Some, not all, raf files do not show up in the main editor when I click on the thumbnail(that is present and shows the image) any ideas?

    Can you please create a support case and provide us one such file with the settings?

    As a possible solution, without knowing any details, if you've accessed and edited the files with Capture One 6.4.4 there may be a setting that is having difficulty updating to the Capture One 7 Engine. Perhaps a custom color profile or other adjustment? Deleting the Capture One 5 Settings and then accessing fresh with Capture One 7 may be a temporary solution until we understand what is happening.

    I would love to create a ticket, but I'm still evaluating the software and a serial number is required to create a ticket
    I did not edit the files in any version I cannot see them, only the thumb nail is viewable. I imported them with C1 7.01 and then updated to 7.02. I could not see the files in ether version. other raf files work perfectly, and they all open fine in ACR 7.3.0.71 I'm running windows 7 64bit

    Not so, it's simply requested. If any field is not applicable simply fill in with "N/A"

    I also have a couple of X10 files that C1 won't open. I copied the files off the camera memory card a second time just to be sure, and it's definitely something about those specific files and not a file change from another software package.

    I got the same issue today wih XF1 RAFs - wanted to try out CO 7.1.1 - thumbnail showing - nothing else.

    Hello,

    I have C1 6 Pro and did not upgrade to 7 because all my work now is done only with P45 and I just need the DB version. But it happens that I also have a X10 for fun and decided to use the special features of the sensor after testing the results at my C1 6. The raw files reduced to 6mpixels are really great and only C1 handles them properly. Other engines do not see it as 6mpixels.

    After several tests I went to a trip and took more than a thousand photos…. and now, C1 6 only opens a few of them, randomly. Every time I import to a new session the files it opens are different. I was thinking about to upgrade to Pro 7 but I can see here many people are having the same problem, so, no reason to spend more money…

    Is there a solution yet? I really like to process my files on C1, soon… and it became very frustrating now…
