P45+

I have just rented a P45+ back and have started a new session in capture one. When i connect the back via the firewire cable windows finds the device but dpes not recognise it. A pop up Windows notes says" Windows needs to install driver software for your unknown device" I allow the computer to locate and install driver software but once its installed it says its an inidentified device. I go to capture one and the camera is not connected/attached so a can't shoot teathered. Any ideas as i'm stuck.
