Problem of grey spots after masking

When working on an image, I have problem with the masking where grey spots appears after doing a change of exposure or anything else.
It works specially on photos of snow.
I have photos exemples, but how to integrate them to my request ??

    No, because the file is perfect before treatment. It's only when I create a mask to lighten a part of the file that those grey spots appears like big "paté" on the file.

    My camera is 645DF+ with IQ180.

    It is definitely a software problem.

    Two suggestions.

    If you have OpenCL turned on (that would the be default) turn it off to see if it makes any difference.Make sure Capture One and your graphics card drivers are up to date.

    Secondly create a Support Case with Phase - I am sure they would want to know about your problem and work with you to identify the cause and a solution.
