    Hello,
I want to perform the update media pro 1.5
      Download update does not work.
impossible to write to technical support.
I can not access my profile.
    no support responds.
The problem comes about Phase One or me?
    Thank you for your help.

    Download and Install works here.

@All - the Version 1.5 supports C1 up TO 8.1.1. The coming Version 8.2 will not work with Media pro 1.5!!! (without a new Update for Media Pro)

The problem is that I can not download Media Pro 1.5.
I do not just open corespondance with technical suport.
Phase one site does not accept my login.

Downloading does not need a login (I know, you did not explicitly say you needed it). You can download it from here:
    http://www.phaseone.com/Downloads/Mater ... a-Pro.aspx

What happens that you can not download from that link?

thank you Paul for a very quick response.
I can not download Media Pro 1.5.
I wanted to ask for help from technical support but,
Phase one site does not recognize my email and my password.
I'll check tomorrow if it works.
Thank you for your link, but it does not work better.
I used to do the update on the site Phase one, and for the first time I have a problem.
I'm sorry to go through the forum, but I have not access to technical support.
    Best Regards

    Pascal

i don't see an option/price to upgrade from media pro 1.4.2.40 to version 1.5 on the download/store link. it says it will be fully functional and then one has to buy?

shouldn't the upgrade to 1.5 be free? or am i reading it wrong?

It is a free update, not a paid upgrade, for owners of a Media Pro 1 license.
