How to change processing priority?

Manual: "When there are a large number of images in the batch queue, processing
priority can be changed by dragging and dropping unprocessed files
around in the queue."

So how can i do that? Selecting single file in the queue and trying to drag it making files just selected, not drag-n-dropped.

  I just tried this - partly out of curiosity - because I was not aware of the feature at all. Because I have both Win & Mac, I tried both and the feature of changing processing priority by dragging images in the queue works on Mac only in my experience. Hence, a small difference between both platforms.
