New Monitor but no image preview

I've just installed a new Eizo ColorEdge CG277 monitor.

When I now open Capture One Pro8 all the small thumbnail images and tools are showing ok but no main image to work on......the middle of the screen is just blank.

I've reinstalled Capture One but it's still the same.

Anyone have any idea?

    Did turning of OpenCL in settings solved issue?

    I'm not at that PC right now but I think OpenCL was greyed out........I will double check that later just to make sure.

    Try (re)profiling the monitor, Ian - see what that does.

    Turning off OpenCL has made no difference.

    Contacted support.......turned out to be a monitor profile problem.

    Thanks Keith you did say profile your monitor again.
