    Mr. Stephens,

    With all due respect, your time would be better spent at resolving the problem through your Support Case.

    Slow to respond is left to ones interpretation and reality.
    Your Case was entered on 6-20 with a response from Support in under 2 hours. Three more Exchanges continued on morning of 6-21, for a total interaction time of less than 24 hours. The Case remains open and will be given undivided attention from Support.

    ALL Users please know:
    Those willing to exchange constructive interaction and ideas, always find resolve. Those unwilling and looking for excuses, are often unhappy needlessly. Support Cases are never closed until a resolution is achieved. This can take minutes or days depending on the issue. If details are left out, 20+ questions will be asked.
    Stating the software is not working is a bit vague and not very helpful. Providing details on exactly what is being attempted and what occurs at what point in time is better. No detail should be left out when trying to work out a problem. If you are asked to try something you’ve already done, it is best to say been-there-done-that rather than be insulted, after all, the information was not provided in the first place.
