DB Activation
I'm using (or attempting to use) C1 DB. 7.1 is working well enough for me despite the blank areas in the browser when I delete a file, and a few other little bugs. I have downloaded 7.12 and now 7.13. Both have failed to register as DB version for me. I open the new version, it asks for a code or offers a radio button to select "use db", which I then choose and click OK. At that point the software informs me that in order to use DB I must reboot the software. I click relaunch C1, and the software quits, but does not relaunch. If I manually double click on the icon, the process starts again.
I only use C1 with my phase one digital back. I don't need any of the features offered for DSLRs with the pro version.
So please help me get signed on as a DB user with the new version as I am with the old version.

Hello,
A common issue on Mac, it seems that the user account you have is not providing proper access to your System Library.
To fix this issue contact apple and/or perform a Disk Permissions Repair.
To avoid this issue you can just rename to Capture One application. Renaming the App itself from "Capture One" to "Capture One 7.1.3" and then launching it will allow you to choose DB mode without relaunching and tripping up on the permissions error.0
