Helper application?

Is there a way to set photoshop as a "helper application" for CO Pro? Sometimes I need to launch PS to run a specific action...would love to be ably to type a shortcut within CO Pro and have the file open in photoshop. Anyway to do this?

  Under the process tool tab where you select your size, color space, destination, etc. there is a drop done menu for processing where you can select an application to open and edit your exported file(s).

  Cool. I see that now. But what of I'm just viewing raw, JPEG or tiff files in CO? That way assumes I am processing a file (or files) and want to open them immediately. What if I want to do another adjustment?
  
  If I'm viewing files in photomechanic if an press the E key and it opens the selected file(s) in whatever editor I choose.

  You have to process out of C1 in order to edit in another App. Same as LR, Aperture, DxO Optics, etc.. No software actually edits the RAW file. Any edits to a RAW is always just instructions on how to output the file to some other format (.jpeg, .tiff, .psd, etc.).
