Move sessions from PC to Mac?

Good Morning,
I have just bought my first Mac 😄 and I would like to move all of my sessions over to it, but I'm unsure about how to move them from my PC to the Mac, is it even possible?

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

    From the CO5 release notes, Known Issues section:
    Sessions are not cross platform compatible

    Sessions contain folder path names in the session file. Folder names are different between Windows and Mac.

    Despite this news, good luck with your Mac. Hope you'll enjoy it.
