Wrong Preview Images
I generally shoot thethered with a D2X, but currently am shooting to a card and downloading directly into Capture One. Once the files are transfered, I rename them accordingly. However, yesterday CO started doing something very odd, the raw files come in with an arbitrary name, and the preview shows a different image, an image that was shot much earlier and deleted from the card. Yesterday, when I entered the correct name under the preview, the preview switched to the correct image. Today, even after I correctly named the files, the preview image was incorrect. I proocessed them, and the tiffs are indeed the correct image. I had a similar problem before, and found that deleting images from the trash helped, but the trash folder is empty. Any suggestions?

Hi Lynette,
Try going into your Session folder. Look in Captures > Capture One Settings
The preview files are in previews and the thumbnails are in thumbnails. Throw them away, or just move them if that makes you nervous, and Capture One will make new ones from the RAW files. I'm not sure whats actually causing the problem in the first place but this should at least get you accurate thumbnails and previews.
