Unanswered questions

Can any one please suggest the correct place to contact or email with questions on c1-8?

I have a couple of unanswered work flow ones that I have posted with no replies .

    Well, this is a User to User forum kindly hosted by Phase One so your questions will, possibly, be answered by another user of the software. You may need a little patience until the appropriate person turns up with time available in their busy day and some useful observations that related directly to your requirements as described.

    You could, of course, create a Support Case and ask the Capture One support team for advice but really that should be more technically related than user training. For the learning process there are tutorials and videos to investigate, the help files to read and a number of other resources. I don't think the Capture One crew offer on line one to one training courses.

    Perhaps you could write a Support Case as an Enhancement Request (i.e. Assume the functionality you want does not exist already). You could then expect to discover from the response supplied whether what you are seeking to do is possible in some way with the existing software.

    Check out their webinars, David did an excellent job putting them together. I think there are 20 of them on CO8. 😄
