Final output file is BETTER than v5.xx ?

Hello all.

I don't need perspective correction for example. I need a maximum quality for my 50D 5D and 5DmkII cameras. I use only low ISOs (no problem with noise)

I like a lot (is perfect to my usage) v5...

I have a question: Files developed by v6 are better than v5 or quality is the same?

    Because i have only one computer for work and i have read this forum about a lot of bugs and others troubles.

    Do you have an opinion or made any comparsion about quality of output files?

    I am using the trial and had no problems with installation. I am not a pro so haven't put much time in yet. I can say that I love the print feature and the ability to use layers. The new version should come close to eliminating my need for photoshop elements.

    They look exactly the same to me. Capture One 6 requires more ressources than 5. (I have disabled open cl).

    I have not used it all that much yet, but a couple of things I have noticed immediately was the shadow, and highlight controls are much improved. It also seems to me they improved the noise handling over version 5 as my outputs of high ISO are definitely cleaner. The local adjustment layers is worth the price of admission alone.
