Canon 5DRS Tethering

Anyone have a problem operating camera controls from the camera while tethered with Cap One 9? Ran into it today where I could not make any camera adjustments from camera. This includes focus point selection, ISO or even turning on the LCD Info display back light. Odd. Please let me know if there is a setting that fixes.
