Having an issue with colors in 9.2
Working in Windows 10 x64, Capture One 9.2, on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 + a 31" LG 4K 31MU97-B LCD (that does 100% AdobeRGB).
I've used a Spyder Pro 5 to calibrate both my Surface and my LG LCD.
I am shooting uncompressed RAW AdobeRGB on my Sony a7RII.
So last night I edited some photos in Capture One Pro 9.2 (Sony). I used my 31" screen to edit the colors. I then exported to a sRGB JPG at 100% quality. Right away, I saw that the JPG had a really red tint. I dragged the window between both the Surface Pro and the LCD and saw the same tint.
I then checked in Capture One and noticed something really really weird. When I dragged the Capture One window to my Surface, the red tint would appear after one second. But when I dragged Capture One to my LCD, it would sometimes appear and sometimes not. Even weirder, I could click between photos and see it on one photo, but not the other??
Every time I exported, the redness in the JPG was there, even if Capture One didn't show it. And the redness would change a little bit in every save, so that no two saves were alike?!!
I imported the same RAW file into Adobe Photoshop CS 2015.5 as well as Bridge, but this color issue didn't replicate.
So basically, Capture One 9.2 is changing colors between LCD screens, sometimes on individual photos, and then exports photos into different colors. This is a HUGE issue for me.
Here are 2 examples. The settings were not changed, yet between each save of the variant, it changed colors slightly:

The same on Win 8.1
I have downgraded to 9.1.20 -
Very strange........I don't really see the red tint so much in the images, but I also can't see a before and after so hard to judge. I would try to downgrade until some of the bugs are worked out in 9.2 0 -
EvanWasHereToo:
Sounds strange. It might be interesting to provide also the RAW file just to allow a check whether there may be some relation of the issue with your hardware or if it shows also on other hardware platforms.
Edit: BTW the posted JPGs look identical to me.
Edit2: On closer inspection, yes, there's a subtile change with tones in the face a little bit more towards red. And you're positive that both output images were processed with absolutely the same settings? BTW, is it the same image, processed two times? Or different images taken in fast sequence? If this is the case, the light source may be also the cause for slight changes...0 -
Getting this too, also shooting A7Rii uncompressed RAW.
Color distortion is quite bad. Very red. Both when editing any files types (JPG, TIFF, PSD) to an external editor (Photoshop, Alien Skin Exposure) or exporting a variant to my drive. It's really bad.
