'process' button problems

I installed phase one LE, which I purchased with a Extreme 3 memory card, I registered it, but when II open a session with defauft capture and process folders, but I can't use the process button, because it is not highlighted.
Is there someone who can give me hint?

    Hi-
    Confirm its a RAW file. Capture One can view a Jpg or Tiff file.
    Also make sure your version supports your RAW file.
