Importing images

I am a new user of C1 so apologise if this is a stupid question. Normally I do not retrieve images from the CF card. My method is to jump the images from the card into a folder on my notebook and sort through to end up with keeps only. I then want to import them in C1 to process. Now I cannot find any way of geting the images into C1. the help file only refers to importing from CF cards or from a tethered camera and neither is applicable. If someone could tell me how to import from a file on my desktop I would be very grateful.

    In this case it's not a import you want to do but simply adding image to the software.
    One easy way is simply drag and drop the folder in to the organize tool.

    Many thanks for the prompt reply. I feel really stupid now as it is so easy. I had tried dragging and dropping but not in the right window!
