No LCC to apply

Could be the same as I have. If 'Edit All Selected Variants' is 'off', it fails to apply the LCC.

    I initially reported to PO:
It seems I found an issue with the LCC tool. I’m trying to apply an LCC to only one image of a selection. But when I do it, an error message shows up: “Selected variants must contain an LCC shotâ€. As a matter of fact, they do. And ‘Apply LCC’ would not be available if there was none.

So I cannot have LCC and multiple variants selected and apply the LCC to only one of them. Or, in the smallest case, have LCC and a single variant selected and apply it to only the variant. It must always be applied to all selected variants, including the LCC shot itself.

Support's solution is to copy/paste the LCC as adjustment for a single image.

I had some discussion with support about it. They concluded that this is by design, not a bug.

Thank you Hans! That seems to have worked.

    Great. 😊

But I still disagree with support and consider it a bug. It is an option CO offers me in the dialog window.
You have selected multiple variants but "Edit All Selected Variants" is turned off.
Apply LCC for the primary variant only or all selected variants?

I click the button 'Only The Primary Variant'. It throws an error. And it's an error with wrong text.

Maybe you can file a support case, too.

I'm very new to C1 so I'm a little unsure of how to do what you are asking!
Can you let me know and I'll follow your instructions.

To file a support case, have a look at their website, https://www.phaseone.com/, choose 'Support' from the menu.
Or use one of these direct links:
    http://support.phaseone.com/, https://www.phaseone.com/SupportMain.aspx

At the bottom, you can choose the support you are looking for: Technical Support, in this case.
You'll need to log in at this point, if you have not already done so.

    The rest is self explaining:
Personal information and a description of your question, bug, or feature request.

    Regards,
    Hans
