Please, fix the BIG problem with video acceleration with Nvidia cards, both processing and preview. On Win.
I can rely on this version, so I am still using 8 version.
    Best regards,
    Encho

    Encho,

though P1 staff is around here sometime, this is a user to user forum. You should create a support case on for any serious issue request.

    cheers

Any word on support for the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II? The camera has been out for around 6 months now and has essentially the same sensor as earlier OM-D cameras. I can't imagine it would take long to enable support. It's the only one of my cameras that doesn't have C1 support.

    Same for me.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE create a support ticket as the more people ask the sooner it will come (otherwise it might not come at all)...

    Cheers

    Do not upgrade to 9.0.3.

I have been unable to view a single photo file since this upgrade.

Click on existing catalog folder? Crash.

I have Sony version, and photos shot on Sony A7. But all I was trying to do was view a folder...

Weird. 9.0.3 works just fine here.

What I always do is rename the previous version as "Capture One-old" prior to installing a new version. That way if anything doesn't work right, I can always throw the new one to the trash and revert to the previous one.

Yes, 9.0.3 is a problem. on Windows 7, my copy crashes a LOT. Like, every couple of minutes. It also just destroyted onme of my shots, after refusing to edit it.
    Very, very bad build.

Crashed here a LOT. I have submitted a ticket, but I'm fairly unhappy with this build. Very, very bad.
I often shoot under difficult conditions, and I have to "stroke" my shots quite a bit. Some of my edits are pretty extreme. I haven't seen this particular problem before, and I've sen quite a few problems over the years.
This is an expensive product, for a RAW processor. The consistency and quality ought to reflect that.

    Jim,

I think your problems may lie elsewhere.

I have regular issues with Firefox and for a while some significant issues with a Win 7 update at some point that kept crashing Windows Explorer, although since a couple of recent Windows update runs that problem seems to be in remission.

Hardly any problems at all with Capture One crashing and when it did it seemed to be connected with the Windows Explorer problem.

I don't think "extreme" edits should be an issue - although if you are pushing the processor or, perhaps, your GPU running a less than excellent driver (there are a few dodgy GPU driver releases around) you may see more problems than most.

I hope and expect the Support Team will be able to help you out with this.

If you still wish to seek advice from people here on the forum bear in mind that it is is mainly a User to User forum so any help may be worthy but unofficial. More importantly there is not much help that people can offer without some details about the problems you seem to be experiencing and what you have already investigated and tried in order to diagnose and fix them.

    HTH.

Have you created a Support Case?

If not you should do so.

This is intended to be a User to User forum. It's useful but not authoritative about how to correct problems or for advice about when they may be corrected.

On the other hand I seem to recall that this was discussed on another thread a little time back - have you tried a search to see if you can find any helpful information?
