Open a support case with Phase One. They can help you out quickly on this.

Do I have any time to seek help from technical support when you need to change the hard drive or when I have to reinstall OSX?
    Thanks anyway!

Normally not, but in your case apparently yes. When you do certain maintenance you can deactivate before.
At any time you can login to the Phase One site and manage your activations, and deactivate them all for your key.

Damn! In my haste I made a mistake and created a new ID. I realized only when I read business e-mail. Now I'm in agony and I went request technical support for changing the ID and data related to that ID. I'm not sure whether this is possible.
Now I have three ID's, and I'm tired of just one. You may be given to correct.
Whether I can correct or it should be "someone smarter" than me?

Finally! I've done what I wanted!!
I managed to change the ID! Now we are left to delete existing IDs to avoid any problems. This is quite confusing!
Now I have 3 ID, two nicknames (and a third that is generic).
