Gearwheel not vissible

Hello,

Normaly the thumbnails show a gearwheel when I made an export of the raw file. But the thumbnails of my last pictures do not show this gearwheel. Is there any setting which I changed whithout knowing it? Or is there anything else I can do to get this gearwheel vissible?

    It is very strange. The photos I worked with yesterday and some days ago do not show this gearwheel but all old photos and the photos I edit now and make an export get this gearwheel.
    The photos without gearwheel still have the symbol which shows that they are edited and I still see the changed settings of this photos. But no gear wheel anymore....

    This wheel appears when you developed/converted the pics (into jpg or tiff etc.). May be you have broken the development process or didnt convert them. Or you deleted the files with the settings in the CapturOne-subfolder?!
    Try to convert again, the wheel appears?

    Thank you for answering.
    I know the meaning of this wheel and I had developed the pictures. All pictures I developed after I found that problem show the wheel again. So everything is fine for me.

    I also have in the past in one of the 6.x versions developed/converted some images and the gearwheel icon did not show after on the thumbnail. No interrupted process, nothing different than other times I've developed images. Similarly the problem just went away and has not occurred again.
