Contacting Phase One about Media Pro
Several days ago I used the form on the Phase One website to send a query about whether I was eligible for upgrade pricing if I choose to buy Media Pro, but I have not heard anything in reply. Is there an email address I can use to send such a query instead?

The last Support case we have for you is from December of 2012. If you've contacted the sales department please just allow for a few days as they do get quite busy with many different requests.0 -
