Eizo Monitor and Capture One

I have this same problem. I've seen this posted about before here but I'm not sure is Phase One is considering this a real issue or not.. hopefully they are.

I'm running a Macbook Pro as well and most of the time use a LaCie 22" as my main monitor. It seems C1 is using the laptop profile for both displays, so the crude workaround is to just change your laptop screen profile to use the other displays profile - then color is spot-on between PS and C1 on the external monitor. This of course means color on the laptop display is whack, but it's the best solution for now I think.

This may be an Intel issue?

Your scenario works fine on my G5 / Eizo / Apple 20" also on the G4 Powerbook / Eizo. Was the Gretag software 3.6.1? The previous version was not working correctly on my MacBook Pro, but as that machine is now in for service, I cannot check it.

i posted this to tech support, and they finally concluded it is a bug which will be addressed in 4.0.

The colorsync profile for the external display is not accessed by C1, so our workaround, for now, is to set both the macBook Pro and the external display to both use the external display's monitor profile.

This makes the macBook's screen unusable for color work, but the external display works for photoshop AND CaptureOne.
