Import XMP ?

I was using Lightroom but much prefer C1. Is there a way to load saved xmp data that I saved with LR ? I assume it's the data from editing.

    no you can only import Metadata from xmp sidecar files.

    This isn't really an answer, but you can keep LR for your previous images processed with this software if you like them. Otherwise, it's always a pleasure to re-process, straight from the RAW, images that deserve it, as C1 gives you (and me !!) better results indeed.

    Lightroom classic v6.14 does not run on current operating systems so I cannot go back to LR.  I have 10s of thousands of images from Lightroom and cannot really go back and edit them with C1. So I am really stuck if I can't take the edits I applied in LR and move them, even it is not a good edit match to C1.  Has anyone attempted a conversion/import program that would apply at least some editing changes in the .xmp files to the C1 catalog?
