I change my computer, again and i can't activate my serial number.

I install a lot of time my OS, on my old computer, and i activate always my license, but now I can't.

Please, said me how to make if I must install my OS several times ?

  I too am getting this message. I just upgraded my computer and am unable to activate my license. Any answers would be good.
