Sick and tired of what has to pass as a manual
I am fed up with the manual of C1! I want to copy pictures from my portable computer (where they have already been loaded into C1 and processed) to my main computer, preserving the processing. So I look up page 47 in the manual. All it has is half a page where you can read the word "can" 6 times, and each time without saying "how". Can't they get an intelligent person to write a decent manual!

Although we agree about the state of the manual, we differ in response: reading a section (like p. 47 you referenced) made me laugh. 😊
That said, not sure you found your answer. If you want to copy your images with CO4 or 5 adjustments to another computer (or backup) just copy the folder with the images and the Capture One folder in it.0 -
if you copy images using the library tool in C1 then all files relative to the image are also copied (proxies, adjustments...) 0 -
The other option is to simply copy the Session folder. This is sure to contain all of the necessary files and you can simply load the session once on the new machine. This is why sessions are now contained in one folder as appose to the old Windows version that had a central cache. 0
