Output to CYMK?

I'm running C1 Pro 5.0.1 and would like to output to CYMK. However, it does not appear that this is an option. Can someone please confirm this, or provide me with what it is I'm missing.

    CO5.x comes standard with a number of Offset Print profiles. You can select these in the Process Recipe tool.
