Well maybe you can use the computer that is connected to the Internet to send a report as it doesn't have to be from the same computer as the one you're having problems with?

    Hi Tof,

When you are using v9.1, does it have a filter set that does not match any of the pictures?

For example if a filter was set for 1-star ranking, but none of the pictures had a 1-star ranking, then the browser would be empty.

    Hi Richard T,

    Thank for your anwsers.
I try this morning to install again Co 9.1, i check what you said, but not filter stars is selected, even in browser, view by rating no selected. I don't understand, i look all the menu if i check or uncheck somethings wrong, but i didn't have time to investigate more, shooting day priority. So, i reinstall back the V9.0.3, and all work fine. Thirday, i will uninstall propely all CO and install the 9.1.

This is basically the same behavior I'm describing in the subject I raised earlier (viewtopic.php?f=62&t=22346).

Did you find a solution? What I did is install Nikon Camera Control Pro for which I still have a license (although I didn't use it for years because CO1 worked fine). It's a bit of a work around, but it functions well. Because of this, I haven't raised a support-case with CO1 (laziness, I know). I'm still interested to know if you have found a solution, though. like in your case, CO 9.03 worked fine. For the rest, I'm sorry, but I can't help you.

    Hi Pablo S,

I open a support case, (they ask me to disable Open CL, and restart CO), but same things, so no solution for now. When i wll have a answers with ''the'' solution, i ll post here.
Anyway, the V9.0.3 work fine. (or waiting the next update 😁 )

Finally i found where problem is from

    Here C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\Phase_One\CaptureOne.exe_StrongName_y3yh4brhpfi14u41fltdrpfruizxirsn\9.1.1.14
    The file user.config

    Delete it and start CO

EDIT: Also when you start CO9.1 or 9.1.1, in tool of NEXT CAPTURE ADJUSTMENTS / All Other, if the choise is "Copy from Clipboard", no picture will come. The reason is than when you start CO, the ADJUSTEMENT CLIPBOARD is empty.
SO, back to Default if you start a session, if you have already pictures in your session, copy a adjustment from one picture.

    Thank you,

This (your edit) makes sense, but it shouldn't be that 'strict', in my opinion. I know that it was not a problem in former releases, because it is a sort of default setting with which I never bothered too much. Oh well, it works now. 😊

For sure they change something into the tool Adjusment next capture, i never meet this problem before, and i always use ''Copy from Clipboard''.

So, i am sure than the next update will be fine.. 😁
