renaming images on import HOURS MINUTES SECONDS

Does anyone know how to rename images on import.

Renaming by HH MM does not give seconds and is off by 5 hrs. I have no problems renaming by H M S in APERTURE


file name is 6-08 AM instead of 11-08 AM and seconds is not an option

when shooting consecutive images with 2 cameras the seconds matter
