    Expression Media 2 is supported in Windows 7. Simply download the Windows version and install, also see the link below for the known issues;

    As an owner of iView Media Pro the announcement stated that I was entitled to a free upgrade/copy of Expression Media 2. I followed the web links to a Phase One web page and sent the required information (iView serial number) to Phase One. The web page stated that I would receive a response within 5 days, but after 2 weeks I have no response. Whats up?

    I don't know what may be the cause of the lapse in response but neither will your fellow users. Create a support case and provide the details, we'll take a look and get to the bottom of the hold up.
