Shot Tethered. 0K files after backup
i was using Capture one 4.5 and had just finished shooting a job. all was well.
i then tried to duplicate the files to a backup drive. all seemed well.
i try to reopen capture one pro and it wont draw the images. i looked at the orignal RAW files and almost all of them list their memory size as 0K. what happened? everything worked properly before and the files were just normal.
thanks for any help. in desperate straits.

Have you already updated to 4.5.2, in which this issue should have been resolved. 0 -
I had a similar issue on a fashion photo shoot using my G5 laptop tethered to our P25. At the end of the photo shoot the laptop crashed and I lost 25 percent of my images (RAW files show 0 K for size)
Any suggestions on a solution.
Has anyone had a similar situation?
Please help
Thanks,
Mark

f*ck! thats unbelievable.
imagine if phase one insured against the crashes and lost files and lost production and models costs, and possibly lost client everytime their software packed up.
do you think we would be beta testing for them?

hi paul1111,
did you experience any problems of the kind discussed here or are you just letting of some steam (it's Friday night after all)? Since you did not provide any details of any kind here, I assume the latter. Not very helpful for the OP, I am afraid.
Please be aware that in the case you quoted it is not yet clear what caused the problem. I don't mind critism, as long it is based on facts or some research.0
