I'm willing to test some of your images in one of my catalogs.

Thank you. I am not familiar with this forum. How can I send them to you?

John, see my results on the files you send in this PDF:

Do You have the option to test on a second machine?
I think its best to log a support call for this:

go to and click on "Contact support"
    The direct link is:

    Hi Roelof
Thank you very much for helping! My pc is running win7 ultimate with Intel core i7 and 16gb ram. No problems with
dng in other programs such as PS5 or Idimager5. I will try the support.

You probably already tried to 'switch' the rendering engine?
    Maybe rebuilding after switching...?
Let us know when it's resolved (with or without help from support)

I got good help from the support (and you). The dng files are now shown as thumbnail images.
I think the problem was solved by a combination of switching and rebuilding. Thank you for helping.

How do you "switch" the rendering engine? I am having the same problem with Leica DNG files not showing up as thumbnails.

Nevermind. I found it and rebuilt everything. Some DNGs are now showing up but many more are not.
