How to request new camera support?

Hello, I have a Ricoh GR 2 and while Capture One Pro is wonderful for working with its DNG files the lens profile etc are only available for the original GR version. I was wondering if it will be added in a future version. The lens is identical (?) or maybe it just has different coatings or something and should be very speedy to add. Could you please check?

    Submit a support case with the request for the support of the camera concerned. That way, Phase One get a feel for how many people are looking for support for that camera.

    Don't hold your breath they are very unresponsive and won't tell you when or even if they will ever support your camera. I have been waiting over 6 months for Panasonic G7 support that all the other raw converters have already done.
