No EXIF info in 3.7 LE

I have been demoing 3.7rc and downloaded and installed the new 3.7 over the beta version (which had been activated). I had no EXIF info in the beta but assumed it would be in the final version. My 'capture' tab has only the histogram. Is this the way it will continue to be--or is there something wrong with my install? My previous version all had lens, aperture, shutter, etc.--complete. I'm assumng that there is a problem with the install.

    Looked around further and found metadata displayed differently. Guess I like it better since I don't have to tab to get to it for each image, but just leave the small window to the side if need be.
