Before you make a support case, reduce the number of variables in the problem.

Try the shot again with Flash WB and not Auto - auto is not going to help you in this case.

Use a grey card in the shot set up and WB the resulting image image in Capture One to make a reference.

If you still have a colour issues, then make a case (make sure to include the RAW files and information on your colour management settings - in/out profiles etc).

This will give us the best starting point to troubleshoot from.

Thanks for getting back to me on this James. Shooting the bottle on flash WB with a grey card, and corrected with the custom dropper, gives an almost identical image to the subject shot with auto WB. Both images being way too brown. Although the label colours (red and white) appear reasonably true to the original. The flash WB, custom corrected, does give slightly cleaner label colours. Would you please let me know how I might "make a case." cheers, jp

Sounds then like a profile or preview issue.

Start with the link below, then contact support. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible and attach the relevant materials.

Hopefully we can figure it out for you.

Thanks James. No problem with case support until I tried to upload the original files. I downloaded two 13 MB NeFs from my desktop. I hit the Upload button and I got a messages say "uploading...." but there was no activity. After a a few minutes I got an error message.. "HTTP Error, "302" occurred." cheers, jp

Try either zipping the attachments or use the ftp:

For mac users we recommend filezilla as an ftp client...

I had a shot at uploading using Cyberduck FTP, James. You should have two Nef files 2773 and 2774. I'll fill out the case support and send that. Cheers, jp
