Media Pro SE PDF Maker template problem

Hi all

I bought Media Pro recently and Capture One 10. I'm trying to use the PDF Maker, which was a way to overcome the limitations with both the Capture One and Media Pro print layouts.

Unfortunately, the templates I'm saving aren't loading back in when selected from the Options menu.
I can see the template files saved in the file system (Mac OS X El Capitan).

Is there a permission issue happening here, or anything else I can change?
Is it working for anyone else, ie. is it just me experiencing problems?

  It's not working for me either. OSX 10.11.6

  its works fine ❗️
  the template are saved in user folder /Users/Name/Library/Application Support/Phase One Media Pro/Plug-ins/Option Sets / { CLGE }.
  you have to create your own template from the PDF Maker windows,
  and go to save it ..
  maybe you had just used the beta bevor, and did't installed MP SE cleanly.
  make a new clean installation .
  
  i am using OSX El-capitan 10.11.6

  I should clarify, I can save the PDF templates to the CLGE folder.
  I can see them in the Finder and they have different contents in a hex dump.
  
  It just does not load them correctly.
  
  Sometimes it changes to the default template, but most times it does not change at all when I switch between templates.
  
  I have reinstalled it did not change anything.
  I also set up a new Mac user with 5 photos in a new Media Pro with no change.
  
  I did use the trial and then purchase and activate MediaPro, maybe that did not enable PDF templates during the activation correctly? Maybe it's a permission issue?
  
  Anyway I really appreciate your replies!

  so you owns you PDF Templates ?
  where did you get it and how do you create them ? whats makes it special to the MD.
  as far i know , you could save your own template only from the MP " pdf editor" not from the outside !
  because you couldn't write or read the Data inside CLGE, they only could be opened from MP directly.
  
  tray to create a new on an give it the same name you have in the old one !
  then overwrite it with the old one, if you could not there is a Write- Read problem on your user Drive.
