Download problems with Chrome
We are receiving a high number of download issues with the Chrome browser. Load is high at moment and we are working to clear the back log of support cases.
Some users report using Firefox or Safari work without issue. If you have another browser we advise you to try this before contacting support as it may be a faster solution than waiting for a support response.

Was getting Server Error 500 message with Chrome, but Safari is able to download no problem. Download speed is slow though, getting about 70kb/s speeds here in California. 0 -
Even Safari has timed out twice for me. Sloooooooow! I am surprised the site would that overwhelmed. 0 -

I'm using Firefox and it's downloading at the blistering speed of 6 kbs. Snore. From both US and Euro servers. Been that way all day. I've been trying since early this morning and this is how it's been all day. 0 -

I had the same experience with Chrome. Got an error message 500. Fortunately, Safari was able to download the installer fairly quickly.

same problem, same solution. try using safari. not exactly inspiring when you plop down $300 and the download link doesn't work... 0 -
I'm having similar problems downloading the new update with both Chrome and Safari on a Macbook pro with Mtn Lion.
I was able to download it but it said it was corrupt.
Hoping to someday be able to tether my 5D Mark III with no problems and edit the photos without a crash every 5 minutes.
Then I can enjoy the $99 upgrade with these groundbreaking new Catalogs....ugh.0 -
If you get the server 500 error, empty your cache.

i downloaded the trial version Capture One 7.0.2 but get the following box inforamtion
Open the library can not be found
and
thanks for upgrading capture one run mode with three choices
but I am not upgrading

You can either run the trial (60 days fully functional) or activate after buying a license key.0
