Purchasing/Subscribing C1 Pro 8
I have been using the 60 day trial of C1 Pro 8. I tried to take out a subscription from Phase 1 using Paypal as my payment method, one week ago. My paypal account is showing -€10 but my Phase 1 account is showing no orders and I have not received an activation code.
I contacted the tech support but they closed the query stating it had nothing to do with them. They did give me a link to contact the sales team. I posted the same query to the sales team but have had no reply.
Does anyone know of any other approach or contact details to get this sorted.
