Each version of Capture One - be it the current 7, or older 6, 5 or 4 - come in both in a DB as well as in a Pro fashion. It is the same download or DMG file, and the activation determines its state being DB or Pro. DB is free and works for Phase One and recent Leaf backs only. In addition Pro works for more Leaf backs and many DSLRs (both raw and tethering) and is a paid license.

So your current CO DB can be replaced easily for CO DB 7 with regard to your DB20P, which is a rebranded Phase One back.

Your Sinar eSprit65 however is another animal. I am not sure, but I think it is a Jenoptik developed back, not Phase One and not Leaf and will probably not work with Capture One. If you want to be sure, ask Phase One in a support case or try to open a file in Capture One.

Note that the Rollei Hy6 is similar to the Leaf AFi camera and might take a Leaf back without hassle. Again, this is something to investigate in case you like to use the Rollei Hy6 camera in combination with a back that can work with Capture One. I know there are people out here that know more about this matter.
