Beta program still active?

During the last months, weeks before a new (full or dot) C1 release was public, there was a beta test program active for each release. This started in mid 2016, if I'm not wrong.

Does anyone knoy if this program is still active? In the beta test tab of My PhaseOne pages, I can only see the last 10.0.0 version.
