changing forum diplay colours

previously read-and details outlined - where forum display colours could be changed from the black and yellow to blue /black on white for easier reading(via preferences i think) --would appreciate info on how to do this or where I can find the previous forum question and answer

  Go to User control panel --->board preferences--->board style

  By the way ! It´s Vesa, not vessa... And the reason why I pointed this out is, that vessa...means toilet in finnish 😂 😂 😂
