Login link not working

I want to log in to my user profile from the C1 website but every time I press the 'login' link I just keep getting the same screen up and never the log in page. Why is this and how do I log in and check my profile please/

  Be sure Pop-Up blocker is OFF.

  Likewise when I try the login link I get returned to the same page, this despite my pop-up blockers being turned off. Can login to the user forum though
