Time lapse for television

Thinking of shooting a time lapse commercial on a Canon in RAW. Using Phaseone Pro to batch adjust exposure and colour. Convert to tiff at the correct pixel ratio for PAL 625, load into After Effects to edit. Just wondering if any other user has tried this and whether there might be any useful comments.
