very slow load 20 minutes

It takes about 20 minutes to load. I have sent 3 requests to "support" with no reply. I have uninsulated and reinstalled with the same results.
It searches for "film curves" for about 20 minutes and then loads quickly after that. I have a fast q4 processor and 3gb ram. Photoshop loads in about 10 seconds.

  Hi,
  If you could give me the case #s that were generated when you created the cases I will take a look and see how/why you didn't receive our responses. 20 minutes is a very long time for software to load. Once we get the case #s or your email address by which we can search our database then I can see information provided and move forward.
